How can I change my hosting plan?

Send your request to change hosting plan to support@best-hosting.ru. Include your domain name, plan you`ve chosen, date of change and login/pass of site administrator. Changing of a plan takes less than 24 hours and till this period your site will functionate normally.
If you wish to transfer site from Unix to Windows plan or inversily, it would take more time which will be summed of:
- time needed for configuration of hosting plan on another platform by tech support;
- time you`ll need to transfer site data to another server;
- time for refreshing DNS zones.
Approximately all this would take about 24-48 hours.
