On December 11th, 2009 CNNIC, the Registry operator for the .CN domain, published a new registration policy of new .CN domains.
The new policies make new .cn domains available only to registered businesses that provide supporting documentation along with their .cn domain application. As this new policy will result in additional manual processing on the part of your customers, and delays in completing domain name registrations, we have to temporarily stop new .cn domain registration services.
The new policies apply to new .cn domain names only i.e. renewals will not be affected.
