What is SSH

SSH(Secure SHell) - is an utility for connecting to computers available in the network. It is used for executing commands and programs on remote computers and for transmitting files from one mashine to another. It supports good autentification and security check for connections via unprotected channels. Also it is used as substitude for rlogin, rsh and rcp. Additionally ssh provides security of X-server connection and safe redirection of other necessary TCP connections.
